PAGE CEMETERY, Angelina County, Texas, was photographed on December 4, 2013, under mostly cloudy skies and 75 degree temperature. This is a small cemetery way back in a timber-farming rural area of the county. Page and Crain cemeteries are separated by about a mile on the County dirt roads.
DIRECTIONS:  From Huntington, go south on US 69 about 3 miles to FM844 and turn right. Go 7.4 miles (crossing FM1818) and turn right on CR363 (Grimes Flournoy Rd) at the sign for Crain Cemetery. Go 3 and a half miles, the road will make a sharp left turn (still Grimes Flournoy Rd) and in about a mile you will come to CR363A. Crain Cemetery is on the right. Don't turn on 363A - stay on Grimes Flournoy road. In about 2/3 miles, make a right on the white-gravel road (there was no road sign when we were there; my map showed it as "Wayne Johnson Rd") If you come to a "Lambert Chapel Rd," turn around and backtrack just a short distance to the white gravel road. Go about a half-mile on this road and turn right on Page Cemetery Road (marked) a primitive dirt road. Page Cemetery is at the end of this road before the gate into the hunting club property. Return to FM844 by backtracing your route. When you get to 844, if you turn right and go a short distance you will come to Manning Cemetery Road on the left, which dead-ends at Manning Cemetery.

Charles served in the 7th TX Cavalry (Mounted Volunteers), Confederate States Army. He probably died in 1866 but I have no verification of this.
